If you'd like to send a message in the Geviti app, you can do so in the Support Hub. Here's how it works:
Open the Support tab in your Geviti app
Tap the "+" button in the bottom right corner
Select your inquiry type from the menu (or choose "Something Else")
Start messaging your care team
From there, your care coordinator will respond to your initial message within one business day. If needed, they'll pull your Longevity Specialist or Longevity Clinician into the chat to help answer any questions.
