What happens after I sign up?

Understand the process of moving forward after you've signed up.

Updated over a month ago

Once you sign up, you'll first fill out our health intake questionnaire. These forms take about 15 minutes, so be sure you have adequate time to complete them all when you sign up. When you've completed the questionnaire, you'll be prompted to schedule your bloodwork. If you're eligible for at-home phlebotomy, you can choose between a mobile blood draw or going to a Quest lab. Here's how scheduling works for each option:

At-home phlebotomy:

  1. Confirm your blood draw address.

  2. Select an available date.

  3. Select a time slot. Time slots are 2 hours long and your phlebotomist can come anytime during this slot. Make sure you are available the entire 2 hours.

  4. Press "Schedule Visit."

  5. You will receive a text and email notification from Getlabs to confirm your appointment. Both the text and email have a link to reschedule if necessary.

Walk-in phlebotomy:

  1. Select walk-in phlebotomy.

  2. A pop-up will show nearby Quest locations and business hours. Press continue when you are done browsing locations.

  3. Select "Yes" when you are asked to confirm the walk-in blood draw.

  4. Select "Download Requisition" and print or save the requisition form to your device. You can also view your requisition in the "Documents" tab under "Shared with me."

  5. Bring the requisition for to any Quest location any time to get your blood drawn. You will not be charged for anything at the lab.
