Here are the steps to schedule your 6-month follow up bloodwork:
Go to the Geviti app and select "Other" from the bottom menu
Select "Order labs and diagnostics"
Select "My offers"
In the "My offers" tab, you will see an offer for 100% off a Longeviti Panel*. Click on the offer and it should take you straight to checkout.
Complete checkout with 100% off your Longeviti Panel. Your card will not be charged.
From there, you will be taken to the scheduling page. For at-home bloodwork, you will schedule an appointment. For walk-in bloodwork, your new requisition will populate in the "Documents" section of the app.
*Please note that the offer for 100% off a Longeviti Panel will not populate until exactly 6 months from the date of sign up. You can view the exact date your offer will populate on the homepage of the app where it says "Next free test."
