How do I sync my Fitbit or Oura data to my Geviti dashboard?

The process for syncing wearables depends on the type of device.

Updated over a week ago

Currently, your Geviti app syncs with your wearable devices through Apple Health (although we are working on adding direct integrations very soon!). Simply ensure your device is sharing data with Apple Health, and your metrics will automatically appear in your Geviti dashboard. Here's how to connect popular wearables:

Oura Ring:

  1. Open the Oura app

  2. Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the upper left

  3. Select "Settings" β†’ "Apple Health"

  4. Toggle on the data types you want to share

  5. Confirm permissions in Apple Health when prompted

WHOOP:

  1. Open the WHOOP app

  2. Navigate to "More" β†’ "App Settings"

  3. Select "Health App Integrations"

  4. Toggle on "Apple Health"

  5. Choose which metrics to share

  6. Authorize in Apple Health

Garmin:

  1. Open Garmin Connect app

  2. Tap "More" (bottom right)

  3. Select "Settings" β†’ "Connected Apps"

  4. Choose "Apple Health"

  5. Toggle on desired data types

  6. Confirm in Apple Health

Once connected to Apple Health, your sleep, activity, heart rate, and other metrics will automatically sync to your Geviti dashboard. This integration allows your care team to see the full picture of your health and adjust recommendations based on real-time data from your daily life.

Note: Make sure the Geviti app also has permission to read from Apple Health in your iPhone settings.
