What is the cancellation policy?

You are free to cancel your membership at any point.

Given our billing frequencies are 3 month and 12 month intervals, if you cancel before the end of the respective period, your subscription will not renew, but you will not be refunded the prorated 'value' of the remaining membership.

To cancel your Geviti membership, please log into your account and navigate to the 'Billing' section. From there, follow the prompts to cancel your membership. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team.
